Our 4-way stretch fabrics are available in a 150–300gsm weight range, giving you the flexibility to choose a lightweight option for compression leggings or a heavier construction for structured sports bras and bike shorts. Lighter weights in the 150–180gsm range drape softly against the skin and are ideal for yoga wear, while mid-weight options around 200–250gsm offer the body and opacity preferred for gym wear. For brands focused on shape retention across repeated washes, our heavier 280–300gsm selections pair beautifully with Shape Retention Fabric technology. All weights maintain excellent elasticity and color vibrancy wash after wash.
Nylon-Spandex, Polyester-Lycra, and Cotton-Spandex Blends

Nylon-spandex delivers a silky hand feel and exceptional durability, making it the preferred choice for swimwear and high-impact activewear. Polyester Fabric blended with lycra offers outstanding color retention and quick-dry performance, ideal for outdoor and cross-training applications. Cotton-spandex, on the other hand, brings the breathable comfort of natural fiber to athletic and casual silhouettes alike — and works especially well when combined with Polyamide Nylon Fabric for added tensile strength in high-stress seam areas.
